Adding a Video

  1. Access an existing page or create a new page for your Flash Video.
  2. Put your cursor in the Content window in the area in which you want your video to display.
  3. Click the FLV Media Player  icon in the editor toolbar.
  4. Click Browse next to the Movie/Media File field to upload your video.
  5. Add the dimensions of your video in the Player Width and Player Height fields in the Player Attributes.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Publish or Save your work.
