Publish via Change Sets Only

If desired, you can force all content changes to be published through Change Sets versus the standard publishing process. To enable this feature, follow these steps:

1. Go to Site Config > Edit Site.
   
2. Select the Modules tab.
3. Select On for Publish via Change Sets Only.
   ?
4. Click Update.
