Compare Versions

Mura CMS makes it easy to track specific changes between two versions of content. From either the Version History screen, or the Audit Trail screen, you can compare changes and see where content has been added or deleted. In addition, changes to many other form fields are also displayed for you.

  1. Click the Version History icon of a content item.
  2. Under the Compare button, there are two columns of radio buttons. Select a radio button from the left column of one version, and a radio button from the right column of a different version, then click the Compare button to see the differences.
  3. The Code & Attribute Diff dialog window will show additions in green, and deletions in red. Changes and revisions will be logged on all attributes of content, including the Body, Summary, and credits fields.
