Site "contentRenderer.cfc" File

Mura checks each site for a contentRenderer.cfc file, located under {context}/sites/{SiteID}/includes/contentRenderer.cfc.  It is provided to allow developers the ability to override, and/or add new rendering methods on a site-by-site basis.
